Add TrustX security only to those emails that you choose, thereby protecting especially-sensitive messages from prying eyes. With biometric security, email recipients may be required to perform face and/or voice matching to ensure your message is read only by the intended recipient.

Sent messages can be temporarily enabled / disabled or permanently destroyed. You can even set individual message expiration dates or set the message to be read only once. Because TrustX emails are stored on separate secure servers, rather than the recipient’s own email server, message attributes can be updated at any time, even after the message has been sent.

• Protected emails may be read on any client (e.g., Outlook, Gmail) by authenticating through the TrustX mobile app on a registered mobile device
• Using the TrustX Outlook Add-In, you can seamlessly send secure emails within your existing Outlook program
• Using the TrustX app on an Apple device, you can send/receive messages directly from the application (coming soon to Android and BlackBerry)
• The TrustX portal (http://www.trustx.com) allows you to send/receive protected emails directly, as well as to manage your sent messages as described above

TrustX provides a number of authentication options: something you have (a registered mobile device), something you know (a PIN), and something you are (multi-modal biometrics – such as face and voice). TrustX lets the sender set the security level for individual emails, allowing security and convenience to be balanced as desired.

Sent email can be monitored, including a timestamp on when your recipients authenticate and access your email. With biometric authentication enabled, TrustX provides powerful proof of delivery.
