Protect your email
TrustX protects your email using flexible security options, including biometrics. The enrollment process (described below) is primarily done on your mobile device. Click on Select Your Mobile Device below, to choose your preferred mobile device and begin signing up.
TrustX uses an application on your phone or other mobile device to verify your identity. To begin TrustX installation, simply go to your mobile application store and search for “TrustX.” Download and install!
When you first launch TrustX on your mobile device, you’ll be stepped through the enrollment process. This involves providing your email address and information to be used for future verification. This includes selecting a PIN, taking pictures of your face and palm, and providing several samples of your voice. Because this information isn’t stored on your phone, there are no privacy concerns if you lose your device.
Once you’ve enrolled yourself with the TrustX Mobile Authenticator, an Activation Email will be sent to your registered email address. You will be asked to click a link provided in this email to activate your account. After your account is activated, a Welcome to TrustX email message will be sent to you with HIGH security. This allows you to confirm your ability to authenticate using your mobile phone with a PIN and biometrics.
If you access your email through Microsoft Outlook, you can install the TrustX Outlook Add-In to seamlessly integrate TrustX protection into any, or all, of your emails. Once you have this installed, Outlook will provide you with an option to select different TrustX security levels when sending individual emails.
About our free trial
We are offering a free trial as we assess the marketplace and best way to bring you these types of services to our clients. Initially this will be restricted to invited "friends and family," but we’ll tell you here when this expands.
We currently plan this trial period to run from February to June 2012, but reserve the right to change this time period. We will keep you informed.
